Down 2-0 midway through the second period of this November “Finnish Night” clash against the high-powered Anaheim Ducks, things did not look good for the Panthers. The Cats did not quit but instead showed why the two-goal league is the most dangerous one in hockey, storming back in a 1:10 span during the second period to tie the game at two. The game winner came off the stick of Brad Boyes at 4:29 into the third. From there, the Panthers played lock down defense, stifling the Ducks comeback attempt and skating away with a huge 3-2 victory in what would be Teemu Selanne’s final game in South Florida.
